About Me
Education
After graduating high school (Abitur), I started studying Fashion Design, but soon explored other paths. I dove into photography, worked as a server, and moved to Hanover to study costume design, gaining skills in Adobe, patternmaking, theatre, and art.
To support my studies, I joined an event company, where I’ve worked for three years. Since August 2024, I’ve been completing an event manager apprenticeship (graduating 2026), gaining experience across Microsoft & Adobe programs, WordPress, website design, advertising materials, and social media management.
In 2025, I also began helping organize local gaming events, which I plan to continue. I enjoy combining my hobbies with my professional skills and taking on diverse projects.
Cosplay Skills
My first contact with a sewing machine was around age 9. Growing up in Cologne, Carnival was everywhere, and my mother sewed costumes for me—so I wanted to do the same! After sewing classes and experimenting, I learned to make basic clothes, and in 2019 I tried cosplay for the first time. Covid paused everything, but in 2022 I rediscovered cosplay and created Aloy, moving to Hanover, joining a great community, and diving into crafting.
While studying Fashion and Costume Design, I improved my sewing, patternmaking, and crafting skills through trial, error, and help from other cosplayers. By 2025, I had made around 25 cosplays, gaining expertise in wigmaking, foam, worbla, embroidery, and stage performance.
I’ve participated in multiple contests, winning Best Costume Design with my Gerudo Zelda at Nicon 2023 and 2nd place at LBM 2024 with Gyokuyou. In 2025, I had my first cosplay booth at Comicpark and worked as a Cosplay Host at Touch Grass Anime Party. I also collaborate with Hiscore Hannover as a cosplayer for promotions and co-organizer for Hiscore Cosplay Day 2025.
Art Skills
Since I was a child I always loved sketching and painting. In 2012 I started drawing my first Manga Characters. During my last years of school I went to a drawing school to build a portfolio. While attending university I took part in many painting and drawing classes such as life drawing and fashion drawing.
In 2024 I decided to found my small business Nimsaya Art, which started as an only art business and now evolved into a combination of art, crafting and cosplay. I already had the opprtunity to have booth at 4 events the following year, but couldn’t apply for more because of my apprenticeship. until now I created and sold many different products such as comissioned artworks, sticker, pins, prints, bags, coasters, bookmarks, animal ears and handpainted fox masks.
About Me!
After my german school graduation (Abitur) I started studying Fashion Design. The private university I attended wasn’t similar to my understanding of art so I searched for another career path. After diving deeply into photography and working as a server I moved to Hanover, Germany to pursue costume design. During this I learned my first skills in Adobe and strengthened my knowledge in patternmaking, theatre and art.
To finance my studies I started a small job at an event company and well, what should I say, I’ve been here for three years now. In August 2024 I started my apprenticeship as an event manager and I will graduate 2026. While we have a small team here, I had to dabble into different areas which broadened my skill set. Now I have knowledge in different Microsoft and Adobe programms as well as in WordPress. I helped design the company website and many advertising materials such as Business cards, Flyer and Goodies. I am also currently managing the companys Instagram as well as my own. I am learning multiple aspects in economical and social areas.
In the year 2025 I also started helping out with the orga of some gaming events in the local area, which I’m hoping to conntinue in 2026.
I am looking forward to doing more jobs like this and combining my hobbies with my professional skillset.

My first contact with a sewing machine was when I was around 9 years old.
I grew up in Cologne so Carnival followed me since I was born. My mother always sewed costumes for me and little me decided she wants to do that too!
After some sewing classes and trying out different things I managed to sew basic clothes over the years. In 2019 I decided to do cosplay for the first time! I had no experience whatsoever, but it was fun! But then Covid hit and I couldn’t go to any conventions. 2022 I refound my passion for cosplay and brought Aloy into existence! I moved to Hanover, met a lovely community and fell deep into the love of crafting. While studying Fashion Design and afterwards Costume Design I learned more sewing techniques and how to draft patterns on my own. I learned a lot by just trial and error and the help of other lovely cosplayers online and in real life.
Until 2025 I crafted roundabout 25 cosplays for myself. During that I gained skills in wigmaking, sewing, patternmaking, foam, worbla, hand embroidery and stage performances.
I took part in multiple cosplay contests and won best Costume Design with my Gerudo Zelda at Nicon 2023 and second Place during LBM in 2024 with my Gyokuyou. During Comicpark 2025 I had my first Cosplay Booth.
I also had the opportunity to work as a Cosplay Host at the Touch Grass Anime Party 2025 and started to work together with the Hiscore Hannover Team. They hired me as a Cosplayer for Promoting and as Co-Orga for the Hiscore Cosplay Day 2025.
